  • To mentally shrink your stomach to its normal size so you are satisfied with smaller portions.
  • How to mentally close the door on the desire for junk foods and to actually begin to desire healthy choices

  • To choose healthy recreation that doesn’t involve food
  • How to change stress-eating, through relaxation
  • How to “extinguish” the emotions that trigger off “emotional eating”
  • To become assertive, choosing to eat according to your own hunger level rather than to please others
  1. TRIM-LIFE WEEK FOUR:  GOAL SETTING

    Does it sometimes feel like there is “a part” of you that sabotages your goals?
    Do you set goals, but never seem to follow through with them?
    Have you ever felt that you seem to “rebel” against yourself, much like a teenager does against a parent?

IN WEEK FOUR YOU WILL LEARN:

  • To recognize “sub-personalities” that may have undermined your success in releasing weight previously
  • How to set clear goals and to use the FOCUS technique to achieve them
